About Us

Enliven’s high quality home support and community services enable people to live in their own homes, stay healthy and engage socially with others.

HOME BASED SUPPORT v3

Our approach

Enliven was established in 2002 to provide services for older people using a restorative home support approach. This approach focuses on involving people in their care and support, as opposed to simply undertaking the tasks for the person.

Restorative support enables people to remain in their own homes, promotes well-being and a sense of personal control as well as connection to community. Key elements include setting goals and developing individual plans based on client choice.

Underpinning our services, is a well-trained workforce of support workers, service coordinators, registered health professionals and nurses.

Over time, the range of services provided by Enliven has expanded to include services for disabled people and people with injuries.

Our mission

At Enliven, we aim to maximise the independence of older people and those living with a disability or injury.

We do this by finding ways to help you remain in your own home, keep healthy, and stay connected to your friends, family and community.

We believe in giving you the power to decide what’s best for you. We listen and find out what you want and need, then put together a personalised plan to make it happen.
