In Auckland’s West and Northern regions (Waitemata) Enliven is contracted by the Ministry of Health (MOH) to provide reliable and flexible home and community support to people living with a disability. We are also contracted by the Waitemata District Health Board (WDHB) to provide long term support for those with chronic conditions. Referrals are received via Taikura Trust (the Needs Assessment and Service Co-ordination agency of the Ministry of Health) or the DHB’s local Needs Assessment and Service Co-ordination (NASC) agency.
