At Enliven Lakes (Rotorua and Taupo) we are contracted by ACC to provide home and community based support to those with injuries and by the Lakes District Health Board to support older people with low to high needs.Referrals are received by ACC or the local Needs Assessment and Service Co-ordination (NASC) agency.
